• A deposit of $150 per unit is required to secure reservations. A confirmation will be sent. Deposit refunded on 60 day cancellation or can be used for a later reservation. Deposit will be retutned 7 - 10 days after departure.

• Although we accept pets, we encourage you to leave them at home. If you bring a pet, it must be kept on a leash, not allowed to bark, cleaned up after, and not left unattended unless in a kennel. Owner is responsible for any and all damages.

Please observe the Check In and Check Out times so that we have plenty of time to properly prepare the units for you and the next guests.

Any check-in before 3:00 p.m. must be pre-arranged.

All cabins have fully-equiped kitchens, beds are complete with linens, blankets and pillows, bathrooms have showers. We include paper towel, dish soap, garbage bags and toilet paper. Our resort has softened hot and cold water.

You will need to bring your bath and kitchen towels. Don't forget your fishing gear. Life jackets are required by state law and also a throw cushion in boats 16 ft and over and are not provided.
